Within my professional career, I have been involved in various programs, including for sustainable development program in non-profit organizations and consulting, both in Indonesia and other Asia countries. I have research experience on social-economic in areas such as agriculture, Youth empowerment, clean energy technology, and health solution product testing.
In my current role at Rainforest Alliance, I am a detail-oriented person with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. I am highly passionate about the role that research and monitoring and evaluation can play to support the successful implementation of programs, and to make valuable contribution and improvement of development programs, especially in agriculture where this is my field and expertise.
To improve my skills and broaden my horizons, I am always active in participating in several training and workshop activities related to my field (sustainable agriculture, research, and monitoring & evaluation) and some topics that I am interested in, such as environmental economics, sustainable development goals and disability inclusion strategy for the agriculture sector.
In my life, I strongly believe that as a human being, I must be able to make positive impacts on others around me and the environment. Therefore, I am actively taking part in various voluntary activities both in the country and abroad.
My most significant moment was when I was selected as a Academic Fellow for Young South East Asia Leadership initiatives (YSEALI). During my 6 weeks intensive course under YSEALI in Washington DC, I had opportunity to meet 209 fellows from 66 countries around the globe.
My negotiation skills were sharpened and I had chances to collaborate with NGOs to conduct my health camps outside Indonesia where I'm currently leading a team to coordinate oral Agriculture promotion activity in Korea scheduled in 2020.
